the free ferry service to canary wharf added transport options it was acceptable
the receptionist upgraded us to a king size room a generous gesture but the room was sparsely furnished a large bed but tiny table and unmatched chairs only one drawer existed some shelves in the wardrobe were also available i found a safe but no fridge i needed more space

I appreciated the shuttle service to Surrey Quays Pier. A convenient ferry service operates to Canary Wharf. It features shopping and rail links. The staff was professional. I found them very helpful. Warm cookies were a tasty welcome at check-in.
An unpleasant smell in the corridor near the lift and fire doors sometimes bothered me.

Our Two-Bedroom Family Room included ample space for luggage. The beds provided comfortable sleep. I liked the climate control system which allowed easy temperature adjustments in the room.

The room I had looked older and less modern than the photos online. The bathroom had some wear that could use updating.

the staff was helpful. the location is convenient and quite nice. the free boat rides across the thames to canary wharf were a plus.. that was very useful. the room included modern amenities.
my room wasn't quite up to my standards. it was like it needed modernization. i had no view from the very tiny window. the corridor immediately outside my room was noisy.
